NAEM to Host Webinar on New GRI G4 Guidelines

At its upcoming global conference in Amsterdam, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) will launch its updated reporting format, or G4 Guidelines. On May 30 NAEM will host a webinar to explain what those updates will mean for corporate reporters.

“As an organizational stakeholder in GRI, we believe it’s important help our members understand how the field of corporate sustainability reporting is evolving,” said Carol Singer Neuvelt, Executive Director of NAEM.

The 60-minute webinar from 1-2 p.m. EST will feature a presentation by James Margolis and Jennifer Eastes, two GRI-certified trainers
from ERM Group Inc. The consultancy is one of only six GRI-certified training partners in the United States.

“This will be one of the first chances for companies to ask questions about how the new guidelines will affect them,” Ms. Neuvelt said.
